Service Commitment
The customer care team will work hard to make sure that any questions or problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
We will attempt to resolve telephone enquiries immediately. Email enquiries will generate an automatic response and will be addressed by the customer care team within one working day. Those making enquiries by conventional mail should expect a reply within five working days.
If, for any reason, a problem cannot be resolved within the timescale specified, a plan of action will be agreed and the customer will be informed of progress at least every three working days until the issue has been successfully resolved
