Filtering Services
We employ the latest filtering technology to manage access to the Internet. It has a database of millions of categorised websites which are updated daily. However, new sites are constantly being added to the Internet - including undesirable sites.
Block/unblock requests
Should you come across a site that you feel should be blocked (this does not necessarily have to be because of the website content, it may be just because you do not want your students using that specific website at school) or if you think that we have blocked a website unnecessarily, please contact our support team].
We will take requests by telephone or email, and providing they do not break our filtering policy, the site will be removed or become visible within 24 hours.
